Is there a minimum order quantity?
That depends on the manufacturer. We also find suitable suppliers for smaller quantities, but we are transparent about the higher unit costs of small orders.
How long does an import project take?
It depends on the transport mode: production often takes 30–45 days depending on the product. By air freight your goods reach you a few days later; sea freight adds several weeks of transit time. We give you a concrete, realistic timeframe for your product up front.
How does customs clearance work?
We handle the customs declaration, need your EORI number for it, and take care of import VAT. If CE marking is required, we support you with the requirements. More in our guide to customs duties and import VAT.
How do you ensure quality?
Our partner office checks samples and ongoing production against criteria agreed in advance and inspects the goods before shipping.
How is the manufacturer paid?
A deposit when the order is placed and the balance before shipping is common. We agree the exact terms with you individually in the quotation.
What are the risks of importing from China?
The biggest risks are unreliable suppliers, insufficient quality control and uncertainty about customs and import rules. This is exactly where our verification, inspections and experience come in.
Will I receive a sample before ordering?
Yes. For most projects we recommend and arrange samples in advance so you can check quality and workmanship yourself.
Can you handle private label products?
Yes. We coordinate private label projects, including branding, packaging and labelling, together with the manufacturer.
How do you identify reliable suppliers?

What does your service cost exactly?
A fixed commission on the value of the goods, which we tell you transparently in advance depending on the product and request. Details on our costs page.
