5. Zahlung & Betrugsschutz5. Payment & fraud protection
Standard-Ablauf: Anzahlung bei Auftragsbestätigung, damit die Produktion startet. Die Restzahlung erfolgt nach der Qualitätskontrolle — vor der Verschiffung. So bleibt die Ware im Hafen, bis Zahlung und QC-Freigabe abgeschlossen sind. Niemals 100 % Vorkasse — das ist das klassische Betrugsschema.
Standard flow: Down payment on order confirmation, so production can start. The balance payment happens after quality control — before shipping. Goods stay in port until payment and QC approval are complete. Never 100 % prepayment — that is the classic fraud scheme.
Zahlung erfolgt üblicherweise per T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) oder in USD. PayPal wird von echten Fabriken selten akzeptiert (Gebühren). Achtung bei Konto-Wechsel: wenn ein Lieferant plötzlich per E-Mail eine "neue Bankverbindung" schickt — Alarm. Immer per Telefon rückbestätigen.

Wichtig: Die EUSt können Vorsteuer-abzugsberechtigte Unternehmen als Vorsteuer geltend machen — sie ist wirtschaftlich also nicht "verloren". Der Zoll dagegen ist definitive Kostenposition.
Important: VAT-registered companies can claim import VAT as input tax — it is not economically "lost". Duty, however, is a definitive cost.
